Course Discounts

Discounts at courses

Register for your next face-to-face course while attending a current face-to-face course and receive a 10% discount. See Lightbox staff at the course for a discount form. Please note this does not apply to online courses. 

Early bird discounts

Lightbox Radiology Education may at times offer an early bird discount for selected courses. Please see individual course pages for early bird discounts.

Group discounts 

Lightbox Radiology Education offers a 10% discount for groups of 5 or more who are attending the same course on the same date.

To organise a group discount, your group must register and pay full price on our website and then fill out group discount form.

Please have one representative from your group submit the form to admin@lightboxradiology.com.au at least 14 days prior to the course commencement date. The discount will then be refunded to each attendees payment card. 

Please note: Extra people may not be added to the group once the form is submitted. Only one of the discounts above is applicable per person, per course. 


Course Pre Test and Post Test

All courses have a pre-course and post-course test that attendees must complete.

The pre-course test is only available until 12am the morning before the course commencement, with the post-course test only available for 2 weeks after the course completion.

We are unable to give you extended access to these tests.


How do I access my course certificate?

Once you have completed a course, Lightbox Radiology Education will generate a certificate for your records.  We will store a copy of your certificate for a limited period that you may download from our website.  To access your certificate, login to your account and click on "My Account" and then "Your Courses".  You will see a list of all the courses that you have been registered for with Lightbox.

Select the course you would like a certificate for by clicking on the "View Course" button. Then select the menu item "Downloads".  You will then have the option to view your certificate.

How do I access my course invoice?

Once you have registered for a course, Lightbox Radiology Education will email you an invoice for your records.  We will also store a copy of your invoice that you may download from our website.  To access your invoice, login to your account and click on "My Account" and then "Your Courses".  You will see a list of all the courses that you have been registered for with Lightbox.

Select the course you would like an invoice for by clicking on the "View Course" button. Then select the menu item "Downloads".  You will then have the option to view your invoice.

Do I require a laptop/iPad at the course?

Our courses are designed with interactive content to help cement the learning objectives. This is provided on a USB which you will receive on the day of your course.

This content is delivered in the form of lecture notes, interactive quizzes, PACS case reviews and anatomy tests which differs between courses.

These are designed to be completed in pairs on a shared laptop, however in most cases you can also complete them on your own.

Laptops are not required at some of our courses however courses that do require a laptop are: 

CT - Acute Medical and Surgical Interpretation

CT - Oncology Image Interpretation

MRI - Combined Upper and Lower

MRI - Lower Limb Interpretation Workshop

MRI - Upper Limb Interpretation Workshop

Neuroradiology Interpretation

You are required to bring your own laptop or share with a friend. iPads/tablets are not compatible if they do not have a USB port.


Transfers, Credits and Refunds

Lightbox Radiology Education offers Transfers, Credits and Refunds on most courses.

Online Courses

Lightbox Radiology Education does not offer refunds, transfers or credits for our online courses

Radiology Courses

If you have registered and paid for a course that you can no longer attend, please select a form to complete then email to admin@lightboxradiology.com.au at least 2 weeks before your course commencement date.

Transfers / Credits
Applications for a course transfer/credit must be made at least 2 weeks before your course commencement date. A fee of $50 applies to all course transfers/credits. Please fill out our Transfer/Credit form and forward to admin@lightboxradiology.com.au.  If the application for a transfer/credit is made within 2 weeks to your course, all funds will be forfeited or you must find another attendee to take your place.

Course credits are valid for 12 months from the original payment date. You must ensure you enroll and attend this course held within that 12 month period. All courses are subject to availability. Course credits are not transferable to other attendees & cannot be refunded.

Refunds
Applications for a course refund must be made at least 2 weeks before your course commencement date. A fee of $150 applies for all refunds. Please complete our Refund Form and forward to admin@lightboxradiology.com.au.  If the application for a refund is made within 2 weeks to your course, all funds will be forfeited or you must find another attendee to take your place.


USB Replacements

At each of our courses, we provide content on USB sticks. Should you lose or misplace a USB after the course, we may be able to post one to you at your request. $15 fee applies for a replacement USB. 

Please send an email to admin@lightboxradiology.com.au. We will check on USB availability from your course then post one out if able.


Can Australian residents tax deduct expenses related to our courses?

Online Troubleshooting

  • Course and modules you are using and/or trying to access
  • Internet browser, operating system, and device that you are using to view the content
  • Please include as many details as possible so we can effectively troubleshoot any problems that arise

Mobile Player App

Please note that some of our courses do not work when opened in the Articulate Mobile Player App. If you still cannot access your course after following these steps, you may have to access your course on a computer or laptop browser.


Course Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event a course is cancelled due to exceptional circumstances, Lightbox Radiology Education will provide (where possible) alternative dates for the course; a credit note towards future courses or a full refund.

Lightbox Radiology Education will not be liable for any additional costs, above the course fee, incurred due to a course cancellation.
